Elevated’s Field Service Representatives (FSRs) are highly skilled Subject Matter Experts with specialization in IT, aviation maintenance, ISR platforms, cybersecurity, networking engineering, training, and system integration. Our FSRs play a critical role in mission success by supporting program development, training, and execution both CONUS and OCONUS. We can deploy expert teams to establish and sustain complex ISR systems, including aerostat sites, surveillance towers, and ground control stations. With a strong focus on network maintenance and operational readiness, our FSRs ensure high availability and performance across all supported systems. Whether on-site, remote, or hybrid, we tailor our support model to meet your operational needs. From program stand-up to long-term sustainment, our goal is to help you build self-sufficient programs—while always being ready to step in with expert support when needed.

Elevated provides expert support to large-scale aviation programs including Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRS), Carrier Air Wings (CVW), and Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC). Our team includes former senior enlisted technicians, instructors, and evaluators who bring hands-on expertise in maintenance processes, in-flight procedures, and safety-of-flight operations. We can provide qualified personnel such as MTS instructors, test bench operators, and NATOPS evaluators, all capable of delivering high-impact training, inspections, and continuous process improvement to ensure operational excellence and program compliance.
